All MST HIRE chauffeurs are fully licensed, DBS (background) checked, and professionally trained in defensive driving, client etiquette, and discretion. They hold valid PCO licences and undergo ongoing training.

Yes. Our chauffeurs are always dressed in formal dark suits with ties, presenting a professional, polished appearance that reflects the premium nature of our service.

Yes. If you had a positive experience with a particular chauffeur, simply request them by name when booking. Subject to their availability, we do our best to honour such requests for our valued clients.

Yes. All our chauffeurs are proficient English speakers. We also have chauffeurs who speak additional languages including Arabic, French, and Urdu — request when booking if needed.

Absolutely. Our chauffeurs always assist with loading and unloading luggage. For airport meet & greet services, they will also guide you from the arrivals hall to the vehicle.

Intermediate stops are accommodated. Simply inform us at the time of booking or advise your chauffeur on the day. Additional stops may incur a small additional charge depending on distance and waiting time.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the journey receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge. No-shows on the day are charged in full.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Any violation will result in a cleaning fee of £150 being applied to the booking.

Pets are welcome in our vehicles when transported in an appropriate carrier. Please inform us at the time of booking. Guide dogs and assistance animals are always welcome without restriction.

Light refreshments and beverages are permitted. However, strong-smelling food and alcohol (unless pre-arranged for events) should be avoided. A cleaning fee may be applied for excessive mess.

Our chauffeurs check the vehicle after every journey. Found items are logged and held securely. Contact us immediately and we will arrange the safe return of your belongings.

Your personal data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Data is used solely for booking fulfilment and service improvement.
